With our web service we can manage Imprest for you which means all you need is a standard web browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox for immediate access to your information from anywhere. This service includes a secure network and firewall, system backups and off site storage.

The primary datacentre used by Datavisiblity is staffed 24 hours a day by both security and engineering personnel. Access is strictly limited and controlled by biometrics. In the event of a hardware failure we have a guaranteed one hour to fix service level agreement.

If the power fails the servers are covered in the short term by battery backup and in the longer term by fully tested and maintained generators. We have a 100% network uptime guaranteed by our datacentre provider and this is backed-up by multiple independent internet “Pipes” being available from different suppliers.

DataVisibility has daily incremental backups maintained on-site and a weekly full backup which is kept at a secured off-site location. This can be returned to the datacentre within two hours. The off-site backups run on a 52 week cycle.

Further to this, DataVisibility’s disaster recovery service customers benefit from having their information backed up daily, by secure file transfer, to the disaster recovery site.
