Implementation

Imprest is a web application which means it can be implemented as an intranet solution or delivered as a hosted web service.

With our intranet solution we install
Imprest on a suitable server at your premises and the software and security is managed by you.

Static Data

With most implementations there will be a significant amount of historic and current data to be entered into the new system, we call this static data. Static data is made up of project information such as contact information, schedule dates, cashflow, risks and documentation.

Our business analysts will work with you to identify the static data you wish to bring through and then migration scripts will be run ensuring the data is transferred accurately and efficiently.

This core of data creates a central project register which can be immediately reported against for the latest project and programme status.

Systems Integration

Imprest can be integrated with many other systems including corporate tools such as financial systems, risk management applications, document management systems, reporting tools and personnel productivity tools.

Most commonly
Imprest is integrated with your financial system. This includes the more popular systems such as Oracle, Agresso, SAP, Cedar and APTOS through to older legacy mainframe systems.

In all cases, our Business Analysts will work with you to understand the level of integration required and then use our financial mapping routines to bring the data through to your
Imprest system. The level of detail and frequency of data to be transferred is determined by you.

Help and Guidance

Throughout the implementation, help and guidance will be available from our Business Managers who have many years experience of implementing software solutions and project management services.
