Why Imprest?

Imprest provides an easy to use environment with functionality designed to help and support the project manager throughout delivery. This includes management of project information such as schedule, cost and risks within a single system.

Imprest provides a collaborative working environment to enable project information to be easily shared amoung team members and reporting groups using a document store, internal mail system, discussion forum and project calendar.

Imprest is completely web based. Our hosted service enables users to access the system from anywhere with an Internet connection and web browser. You can even use your smart-phone.

Imprest is designed to enable each user to be assigned appropriate permissions, providing secure access to selected functionality for every role in the project. We recognise that projects vary in size and complexity and the system can be configured with as little or as much functionality as is needed to manage each project, whilst adhering to a corporate framework.
