Imprest is completely web based giving you access to the system anywhere you can get an Internet connection and suitable browser. You can even use your iPhone or equivalent. It allows the Project Manager to organise documentation and grant access to it; maintain key financial, schedule and risk information; generate automatic reporting and control orders, payments and variations. Where external consultants and professionals are used, they can be given secure access to selected components of the system and allocated appropriate permissions.

Imprest is easy to navigate and you can select the level of detail you wish to keep on individual projects, based on size and complexity. The clean uncluttered screens can be configured to a variety of project methodologies, including Prince2. Multi-lingual support at the user level means that the system will operate in a multi-cultural or multi-national environment. Context sensitive help can be tailored for different groups of users and tied to the project workflow and methodologies.
