Imprest core functionality is standard across each version of the software. It can be configured for different types of usage from small teams, through the entire capital programme to centralised reporting and monitoring. The packages are aimed at giving you the right solution at the right price.

Imprest Multi-Party

Imprest Multi-Party delivers all of the functionality of Imprest Enterprise in a multi-party environment. Each organisation effectively runs a "satellite" of Imprest integrated into the central system. This allows each body a completely different "look and feel", authorisation control over the release of information to the central system and enhanced ownership, trust and buy-in. It provides the central monitoring team with the tool to effectively report on the overall programme.

Imprest Enterprise

With over $10Bn of projects being managed in Imprest, it is one of the leading portfolio management systems available to-day. Full functionality, for an unrestricted number of internal and external users, includes financial management of orders, payments, variations, cash and funding sources; schedule management of key stages and product-based project management; collaboration tools including risk register, document management, project forums and project calendar. All of this delivered with the ability to configure help and field names down to groups of users, restrict access to required functionality at user level and with a full audit capability. Imprest can be purchased either as a software licence or as a hosted service. Customers can upgrade to Imprest Multi-Party.

Imprest Team Edition

This is entry level Imprest with a restricted number of users (multiples of 5). It is delivered as a hosted service and is ideal for a fast start with a very early return on investment. This comes into it's own when a key project has to be undertaken and the existing project infrastructure might struggle to cope or simply as a toe in the water. Customers can upgrade to Imprest Enterprise.
